We're a unique property lettings and tenancy management agent based in Ferryhill, County Durham and covering the whole of the North East of England. Homes offered by AMRP Relocations are available to households from across the UK and to our partner organisations around the country. We're helping to address the problem of empty properties in the North East and overcrowding or unaffordable housing and homelessness elsewhere in the country by enabling families to relocate more easily into private rented accommodation in the North East. For tenantsYou’ll have your own dedicated Property Co-ordinator who will be your contact at AMRP. They’ll work with you from viewing to move-in and then managing your tenancy. If you're moving from another part of the country, we'll be on hand to guide you with making travel arrangements and settling in the region. We can assist in setting up the utilities for your new home and signpost you to relevant local facilities and amenities on your arrival. If you need advice about local schools, healthcare facilities, employment or transport, we will do all we can to guide you.
If you need to report a repair, your circumstances change and you need help to claim housing benefit or you need some local advice; your Co-ordinator is available to help. You can also pop in to our Ferryhill office during office hours for assistance, to pay your rent or just to say hello!
We’re registered with the Property Redress Scheme and the Deposit Protection Scheme so you have peace of mind.
For landlordsRegardless of the size of your portfolio, we always give our landlords the same, detailed service. Your dedicated Property Co-ordinator will build a relationship with you and strive to make sure that your portfolio is performing to maximum success.
We have an in-house Maintenance Manager who expertly delivers our repairs and maintenance service, so if you choose to, you needn’t worry about routine repairs and maintenance. We can also take on larger projects and work with local Empty Homes funding and low-interest partners to make available funding for the renewal of your portfolio, or for homes that are currently derelict.
Our extensive IT systems mean that you’re always up to date with your investments – through notifications of repairs, new tenancies or our in-depth monthly update and detailed landlord statements.
