We have recently secured a deal with a large housing association in the North East, they have their own in house debt collection and legal team who collect debts from tenants in their 30,000+ properties.

AMRP have secured a deal with them to offer debt collected to our managed customers, which we are rolling out, but also we are able to offer this service to contacts from within the letting industry.

The charges for the service are as follows:

• To perform a trace to find a former tenant for whom no forwarding address is available - £5 +VAT
• A collection charge of 30% + VAT is charged – Only on monies collected
• Coming Soon – A fixed price – Legal Service – For those tenants whereby legal action is necessary, we are developing a fixed price offering so you can progress cases, safe in the knowledge that the maximum fee is capped and agreed at the outset!

Obviously if no monies are collected, no fees are charged (unless a trace is requested).

Gareth from AMRP is working with the debt collection agent and would be able to assist in pulling together the required information to pass over a case for them to chase!
