AMRP offers a hassle-free relocation service for people who are unable to secure affordable accommodation in their local area, and we're currently seeing strong demand from London and the South East.  When relocating with AMRP, applicants in receipt of Housing Benefit will be offered a home with a rent that is fully covered by their Local Housing Allowance with no top up to pay.  Usually, this is a larger or more suitable home than could be achieved in the original location, with many people previously living in a studio or one bedroom flat being able to achieve a two bedroom home in the North East.
